Using a GTX690 Octane will read the card 4 gb memory?

690 has two GPU processors. you have to divide 4Gb by 2. so every processor can access only 2Gb

Each GPU of the 690 can access only 2GB of the 4GB. I.e. your scene must fit into 2GB.
