maybe the problem is that people/companies don't work on saturdays & sundays? Just be patient & wait till monday..-remember that monday on different parts of the world comes at different time too.. I don't think they are ignoring You.

This seems to be the second time you have posted regarding the same 'complaint' (ie email response from Otoy).
