Hello,

Actually i try a lot of times to use motion blur but i can't !!

do you know how to active it ?

i checked on the box (on and off) and changing the values but it didn't make any different !!!!

Please help me

The current implementation of MB uses a multi frame technique and it will not show up in an interactive render, but it will show up when you batch render an animation. To do a test frame just batch render a single frame. (it will actually render 2 frames as it always renders 1 extra frame on the animation)
