Multi pass?

Hello!
very happy so far with the new release, amazing displacments, I love It!
Reading the new Octane 2 features on the Otoy page, I was under the impression that there was some kind of multi pass output for things such as reflections (as the one now for ambiant occlusion)... I guess this is just using the surface override or did I miss something else?
