I have a standalone license 1.X and C4DOctane 1.X. Can I buy only the upgrade Octanec4d V2? I do not use standalone version. Buy Standalone V2 for me would be unnecessary.

No, you need to purchase 2.0 standalone also, although you get the c4d 2.0 plugin for free for a limited time when you upgrade standalone 1.0 to 2.0
