Hi Does anyone know best settings for the night sky and moon light. Can I use sun as a moon light

Use low power daylight.

I noticed your light posts have great noise free light. is it actual omni light or mesh emitter. Seems like low light always have noise or tiny light dots but 5000 samples
is the max i can go with since it is animation

This is a mesh emitter. octane doesn't support omni.
Try to avoid any geometry placed too close to light source.
