Help me, 2.0a plugin not to authorize !!

I downloaded the new version 2.0 of the plugin for 3dsmax, uninstalled version 1.55 and installed the new but when I tried to render the message appeared unauthorized, what do I do?

Have you purchased 2.0 license upgrade?

Hey I'm having this exact same problem. I upgraded on the day of release to v2, I have the licence and have been successfully swapping the licence between my work and home machines ever since I first bought octane last year. All of a sudden this morning the website is not letting me release the licence. Once I click to deactivate the licence it says at the top of the screen it has been deactivated but the deactivate button is still visable (normally this disappears once you click it) when I log into octane in max I get the error saying the licence is active on another machine...I'm on a deadline, have already lost half of today and need this working...

Guys this is something wrong with your website! Please fix this asap...the licence is not releasing...can someone please answer this question urgently!!!

Im having the exact same issue, there is something wrong with the account pages. This needs to be fixed in one hell of a hurry...

Yes, there was a problem with deactivating on the website (deactivating via the software still worked), sorry for any inconvenience. The problem is fixed and deactivation is working now.
