For those of us who want to fill that last PCI-E slot cramped at the end of the motherboard but can't squeeze a dual slot card...Galaxy has announced single slot GTX 750 Ti Razor and GTX 780 6GB
http://www.tomshardware.com/news/galaxy ... 27005.html

Now let's hope they will be widely available in Europe and USA.

I was excited, but then I realized the 750 TI isnt that good of a card. I wonder what 2 of them would be equal to? So instead of getting a good double width, you get 2 750 TI.

But, if you only have 1 empty slot in your computers (I think I do, gotta go check now!) you can add another decent card in for a relatively low price (asuming they are only a little more than the 750 TI currently on the market)

To answer your question. I've done comparison test using my Gainward 750ti 2gb to my Gigabyte 460 1gb.
The answer is that the 750ti is about 10% fasterm than the 460.
Therefore two of them would roughly be equal to 1 old skool gtx580.

Sorry mate.
I swear I pressed the Submit button once only, then I saw two threads instead of one but figured it was a glitch in Otoy's website.
Anyway- it's deleted now :)
Cheers.

Interesting...Now that the new Maxwell Drivers(v 344.11) have been posted today. There has been a slight improvement in render times of my 750ti against my old 1gb 460 using the std Octane test scene.
Now the 750ti is showing on average a 15% improvement in pathtracing and PMC over the 460. Last time i tested in when the 750 was released , it was around 10% improvement.

Not huge , but every bit counts!
