Octane for Softimage 1.02 RC8 [Obsolete]

FIXED:
  • Animated shader values will work with motion blur.
  • Skip rendered frames will work again. For multiple images, all images must be existing to skip a frame.
ADDED:
  • The use of the SDK 1.55 will support GeForce 7.xx cards. You maybe have to update your current driver to get the plugin working.
  • Distortion parameter added in the ThinLens_Camera shader.
CHANGED:
  • Max samples can now be set to 256000.

Hi Face, I tested this version and the Imager node is not working, the tone mapping settings do nothing, please check it out, thank you.

Set the "Tonemap Type" in the render settings "Misc" group to "Linear". Then the tonemapping from the imager will work.
It´s the same as when you have set a tone mapping in the Imager and try to save an untonemapped exr file in the standalone.

No problem, the manual is very poor ;)
Haven´t time to update it and develope the plugin.

Will build a new release because this one is missing the fixes from the RC7 and my current state has newer ones than this...
