Do you guys know any good reliable external Octane/C4D render farms ? (or rent setups in LA area)

none at the moment.
OTOY is beta testing their own render farm for Octane, but it is not availbale yet

None (as already mention) for now as far as I know, but..
I think soon You'll be able to use like a cloud with multiple GPUs or network rendering (if You have several boxes =)
alternatively You could probably rent some multi GPU rigs oriented for gammers.
