How to fix "Error activation"

I've a license package I try to each user/pass it still be inform "Error activation". I also update nvdia driver and it cannot be done so. Could you please suggest me to find out this? Please see capture in below link. Thanks in advance for advise.

You need to enter the username/password for your Revit plugin OctaneLive account - not your Octane Standalone username/password. If that still does not work - pls PM FooZe (Chris) or email [email protected].
