Feature Request: Backface Cull, Exclusions

I would describe these as crucial features for a production ready renderer in my opinion…

1) Backface Cull - When the object is faded off most times you don't want to be able to see it's back faces because it's ugly. Per object switch for back face cull would be great.

2) Allow per object customisation for visibility in another objects reflection, refraction and alpha transparency. eg. Object A is visible in object B's reflection but not for any other object.

3) Light inclusion/exclusion also on a per object basis, I realise that this is no longer physically based however sometimes we need control over this…
