Blender Plugin on Mac

Hi, is there any intention to launch the plugin to blender in the OS X? When?

I would be interested in an answer too, but i already lost any hopes. Was promised that mac version will follow soon, but nothing happened.. 2.0 is round the corner, which will be, i suppose paid upgrade. in sum, i got idle license (bought because of that promise), and it seems i won't upgrade, since i moved to another engine.. pity
