I set background image using icon from toolbar but nothing happens. I tried it with texture enviroment and daylight enviroment too. Should I do some other settings?

Is your background completely black?
Have you checked if your background alpha is enabled or disabled?

I did it. On Mesh Preview Kernel enabled alphachanel
