Live DB not available On 8.1 Pro

Just upgraded to Windows 8.1, reinstalled fresh copies of octane, and now the Live DB is not initializing. Any Ideas?
It might have just been offline, or your firewall might be blocking (unlikely). May I suggest re-booting and trying again. If the LiveDb available from Octane Standalone?
