I not quite sure I understand the question. Octane has a single diffuse pin in it's materials - but you can set them up as a mix if needed to mix two diffuse colors.

well i mean if i had a texture on surface light in the scene will not effect it. no matter how dark the scene or how light. for example i have a deep space scene no matter how dark the scene i want the ships surface texture to show.
OK - I understand now. Set the spaceship body material up as a diffuse emitter. http://render.otoy.com/manuals/Poser/?page_id=129. The easy way to set this up is edit the Poser material is it has a Ambient_Color of white, and Ambient_Amount to 2. Then re-convert the material from Poser and the plugin will set it up as an emitter. You will want to turn the power down.

Alternatively (and more physically accurate) - add a large, dim, emitter up behind the camera to light up the spaceship to simulate the light coming from stars.
