Minor Feature Request

Hi.
Just a "minor" feature request. (I imagine a programmer rolls his eyes every time someone says "minor".
)
Anyway, a coordinate readout that tells you the coordinates of the point on the closest surface under the mouse. Would be great for estimating camera positions/targets and such.
