Apologies as I really didn't know where to post this since it has nothing to do with the demo product and due to my current status I'm limited to where I can post. So here I am and apologies in advance

We just bought the Standalone + 3DS Max plug-in bundle (yay!) but the IT department created their own Octane Account to do the necessary financials and downloads. So everything is tied to their name. I can't create or post in the Licensed Member forum section because I'm not logging in under their credentials. Is there any way that Octane admins or moderators can adjust my settings so that I can log in with my credentials and have access to all the forum? I can provide proof of purchase if need be. Basically is there any way that they can change my settings to that it shows I'm a "Licensed Customer"? I'd just like to post under my own forum account and not use IT's account if at all possible.

This is the IT account I'm posting under now. My name is really Kenny but the IT manager created the account using his own name as the username, so you can see how this will get confusing lol.

Can you please send an email to [email protected] from the account holders email address (preferably with the purchase receipt from paypal attached) requesting this swap of associated forum account? This is so that we have a conclusive paper trail for it...

We sent in an email and provide a scanned PDF of the paypal purchase. Thanks for the help and hopefully they can link my account.
