Granular in spot light

Hello guys , how are you???
I have a question about the rendering of night scene.
I found the quality very good, but always get granular where i have light spot.
I am starting in octane, and would like to help me.
ps: Sorry for me english , its not my language.

did you tried increasing the samling of the spot lights?

increase caustic blur!
Have you tried PMC kernel vs. Pathtracing, which one works faster / with less grain?

pump the samples and use Pmc, no matter if you use the caustics blur option.
because ies emitters are lights that spread light from many points they generally produce a lot of noise
Use this trick:
apply the ies texture to a plane or mesh circle, it produces less noise. change the transparency to 0.
