hi

i just activated the standalone version. the standalone version activated fine, and started up.

then i tried to activate the max plugin, but a popup-window asked me to activate the standalone version - but i already did that?

then i went to my account page (otoy), witch says that my 3dsmax plugin is activated. i then deactivate the plugin, but i now have to wait one hour before i can start working.

did i do something wrong?

could you please consider to reduce the wait time to 15-30 minutes? or simply remove this annoing limit?

thanks

i deactivated both the standalone version, the plugin on my live acount page.

now after waiting two hours i activate the standalone version - no problem - i then activate the plugin, but it says it is already activated on a other computer (but it is not!!!), and when i look at my acount page it says both the standalone version and the plugin is activated.

what do i do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm stressed. i have a dealine.

I have recived a private message regarding this thread, where I'm called "almost hysterical", and was adviced to delete the thread.

I was "almost hysterical", I had deadline and haven't had that much sleep, and to wait for two hours without reason.

But now I'm finished and back on the surface :-)

Sorry, I did'nt want to insult anyone, I was just asking for help. And don't get me wrong, I really love octane render. It has made my workflow much better, and even made me by a new computer :-)

Thanks.
