When I launch the Tells me empty account/password

when i put the license in to the correct fields and hit activate it crashes

does the bug file help?

check your internet connection, also try to delete oct.dat and restart

I removed the octane dat file from the maxon location and now it crashes immediately upon activate with no info at all.

Internet connection is strong as I am abel to run Octane Standalone and the Maya and Poser plugin with no error and connection to the live data base in both cases.

Previously before crashing the error box would give the location of the error log. The bug report in that location generated is the same one I sent before. A new one for this crash is not being generated.

Any help appreciated.

do you have a startup scene which is loaded?
