have the Standalone and two quick questions before buying the C4D Plugin:

Will R12 (Win64) still be supported in next releases? The last beta is only from R13...

How about license. Is it locked to Cinema Serial so that I have to call when updating the Release?

yes, will be supported. It's not related with your serial
