If you have entered your license details correctly and you don't have firewall issues do like the message says and send an email to Otoy. They will be able to sort out the problem for you.

Hello again,
I am sorry you have this small license activation problem to begin. Please be patient. It is a Public Holiday in NZ today. It is Christmas time across the world you understand? If you send an email to
[email protected] they will get back to you soon. They are usually very good about attending to their customers but be reasonable about expectations over this week.
If I send you email asking for work stuff now you probably not available for good reason.
Soon they help you and all will be well for happy rendering.
