would like to know how we can define a point focus with rear and front blur on zdepth pass.
my scene is a close-up on an object but i can't render out my zd with the same camera focal depth

Hi bphoton,

Octane's Z-Depth mode of the deep channel kernel should obey the current cameras settings (including aperture and focal depth).
Is this not what you are experiencing?
