Hello to all, first to ask for pardon for my english, since it is translated by translators of the network. You should try to increase parameters in octane settings > kernel. Especially 'maxdepth' if you work in pathtracing or 'specular depth' if you work in directlighting. I'm not at the front of my working computer, i'm not sure for the exact parameter names.

I change de settings from directlightling to Pathracing and it´s works fine, now there are reflections inside reflections.
