Normal like this? i can open it yesterday, but today cant enter.

Here LiveDB works without problem. I can access and download materials

The LiveDB server seems to be up and running fine. Are you on a work network that restricts things at all?

Yup in a work network. but it doesnt restrict anything. it happen after it crashes yesterday morning. im thinking of re installing the plugin. do i need to deactivate the account 1st?
