I apologise if this has been asked before, but I have a scene that a client has provided me which was set up for VRay. I don't have VRay but would like to convert it for use with Octane.
When I click the Convert button in Octane, it doesn't appear to do anything and the material slots are all black with the messages:
"This class does not have an implementation supplied by any of the currently loaded DLLs"
Am I missing a step to get the materials converted?

I think that's because you don't have VRay installed. All VRay shaders/lights are not recognized. You can try instaling VRay demo and then converting.
