help pls

hello there,
i have a small problem and i don`t know where to post/ask this question.
i bought octane yesterday and i didn`t recive any mail with the download link or any kind of info about my purchase except the mails from paypal confirming the payment. (Invoice 2459 : Date 2010-09-16 (status paid))
so does anybody here can help me with any kind of info regarding how long it will take to process my order?

Send your paypal data at
[email protected] and they will activate your account (it's done manually)

We're transitioning to new offices currently and also setting up an automated system to handle the licenses. So please bear with us as we make those transitions as things might not be as smooth as many people wish. Also, please make sure that the Octane email is not in a spam folder (which happens to many users.)

Yes, I know about transitioning, and understood your troubles)
I've sent PayPal data to
[email protected] twice =)
I've just seen, that my email in account profile were written
[email protected] instead
[email protected] when I made payment.
I've already fixed my email adress there.
Is it fatal mistake, or licensing is working with email from incoming box, and all that I need is just to quietly wait for some more time?
Because 3 day delay is some suspicious =)

for 2.2 you need to send us your machine ID/Key which is shown when you launch the software the first time,
then mail it to us to get the unlocking key.
