Question about blackbody emitters

How can i use blackbody emitters to create beatifull lights ? Can i use blackbody like material with mesh ?

Yes,
Just make a ball, cube or plane, and the light will shine off it in the direction of the triangle's normals.
Here's a list of common blackbody values for common lightsources:

just find the blackbody kelvin degrees temperature between 1000 and 9000 usually and enter it into octane identically.
2500 is roughly an incandescent classic lightbulb with a tungsten filament.
At this time do try to do the following to make it render faster:
1. use less polygons. a simple quad plane is VERY fast. if you hang the quad just below a ceiling, make sure it's normal is pointing down so it shines down onto the floor.
2. don't hide your lightsources, or put them, behind or occluded behind transparent, alpha mapped or any other translucent obstacle.
