License is current activated on another machine

When I try to activate the plugin I get the message that the standalone version is activated on another machine.
Before I start 3ds max, I start the standalone version, login an octane standalone is alive - but I still get this message in 3ds max
Any one?

deactivate from website/accounts page and wait one hour without trying to connect from anywhere

Also, there have been slight changes to the activation system across the versions. Make sure that you have the same version of the standalone as you do the 3ds max plugin (ie: both 1.20).

Hi thanks to you both.
I'll update the version for 3ds max, and I have now deactivated the account via login on the homepage.
Does any of you know why we need to wait one hour for deactivate / activate? I mean, I have payed for one license and I only use one licens at a time? :-/
