				Hi,
In order to pratice again and again on Octane, I just started to modelize my "garden". I think it's a nice subject since i've got it under the eyes, there's a lot of stuff to modelize and texture, etc etc.
I started a WIP on
Behance but I will post major updates here.
Thanks in advance for your precious critics and comments.
Go !

it's not a "real garden" but a place outside the house. There will be a tree, roses, etc. Maybe a very few grass near the wall between plants.

First test with a tree. I made it with TreeSketch3 on iPad. Very nice App, but i'm not sure it will be enough for realistic rendering...
Hey folks, in your opinion, what's the better quality / price software for trees and plants?

I played a bit with Lightroom, for this picture :

Plant Factory Learning edition by e-on (the same people who make Vue) is free and appears to be decent if not necessarily awesome (I have it but have only spent like half an hour with it) - you can procedurally create various kinds of plants and variations used a node based system and then export in .OBJ format along with color map, normal map and opacity map.

				Thx Dan,
I did read there was an export limitation with the PLE. Something like 1/5 missing poly ?
I downloaded it and I'll give it a try as soon as possible.
thanks
