MacBook Pro - error when opening Octane

Hello!
I know it was mentioned before in the forum but i just cant get it right. Octane just wont start. I installed everything as instructed in the video, yet still no go. I even tried it on a fresh install of Snow Leopard, then on the 10.6.3, 10.6.4. Nothing works. I really wanna buy it, i read and heard all about it and want to be a part of it.
It is a late 2008 MacBook Pro 5.1, 15" Nvidia 9400M & 9600GT, 4GB DDR3, 250GB 5400rpm.
