Let me check with Otoy to see if there is an issue with your license.
I will get back to you...

Hi Jorgensen,
Are you switching machines? Are you making sure to de-activate the plugin license as well as the standalone? Also, you may run into problems when switching machines multiple times in quick succession. The first re-activate will be available within 15-30min, then second will not be available for an hour.
Check in the customer area that the plugin license is also de-activated before re-activation.
Thanks
Chris.

Hi Chris
I work on two different machines, and I might had the pluging allready activated on one of them. I will check it and try again.
Thanks.

Same error message when I try to activate a new license.
I do have another license working with 3dsmax on the same machine.
Any suggestions?

I have escalated this to Fooze. If you install the latest Revit plugin build, it should provide additional details on why the plugin could not be activated.

Hi palhano,
Are you talking about a standalone license or Revit plugin?
It doesn't look like you have a Revit plugin license on your account...
Thanks
Chris.
