Hi,

This is the first time I've modeled a full room and also my first results with Octane.

All modeled in C4D R14 + Zbrush 4R5

Rendered in Octane C4D BETA 0.59, PMC defaults, HDRI (no sun) no post (apart from 1 small fix)

Thanks for looking! :)

The place has potential, the modeling is pretty nice, but the renders are way to dark... About the top floor railings, I would space the vertical metal 'rods' farther away from each other, right now the glass panels are perfect squares and maybe a 2:1 rectangular proportion would look better... and those stairs need a railing too or people will die : )) about carpets being all bumpy, it's nice but make it more subtle. The light fixtures are so bright it's blowing up the pixels, I suggest you lower their intensity and use bloom and glare effects for this.

Well I hope this helps improve your renders, and update it here if you do

I hope you don't mind, I had a go with your image to see what can be squeezed out of it.
