I just installed a new card yesterday. GTX 690. Fired it up. Everything was fine. Fired it up tonight, plug crashed, and now I get this error when OI try to open the Viewport.

Hi. Can you send me the config.xml file from your Poser preferences folder. Then delete config.xml and you will be able to run the plugin. I will fix the root cause of this in the next release. Paul

Pardon my stupidity, but where is that located? Also, I just installed Poser 2014, and the plug is not showing up.

Weird. Deleted config, plug runs,. So, I run it on the default poser scene. Works fine. If I open a scene I did with the GTX 650Ti card, and open viewport. It freezes up. Also it only shows 2gb available. The card has 4gb.

I suspect the file you are opening has a invalid resolution which is causing the problem. try opening the file and check the resolution sliders.

I can't see a link to the file. Do you still have it?

Resolution Sliders? Where are they? Why did it work fine with the GTX 650Ti card? Also, why is plug not showing up in Poser 2014. I'll see if I still have the config file.

Your system won't allow xml files. Tried to open in word or dreamweaver to convert to text, but just opens blank. Any ideas?
