Crash on windows 8 -geforce gtx 680

hello everyone,
I work on 3dsmax and when i do a render more than 2000 x 2000 px octane crashes !!!
So i can't render bigger resolution...
i have the same problem in octane render software...
Pc: windows 8 and Geforce gtx 680
Please help me !!
