Speed up alpha channel used renderings (trees)

Is there a way to speed up renderings with vegetation textures using alpha maps?
All Evermotion trees use them and its hell slow to render comapred to polies.
I've noticed from other render engine you can compensate it by a lot if you uncheck the bitmap filtering.
But I found no way in Octane to use it.
