Yeah, it's early, but:
Any idea if or when the plugin will work with the new Poser 10 / Pro2014?

Yes, it works in PP2014 (and I assume in P10)
I have been using it for the past few months and all my Octane renders were done with the octane plugin running in PP2014

Some of the bugs in Poser which Paul had reported have been fixed as well

How about the new dynamics (soft/rigid body) and SubD? Will that work in the plugin? I know there has been some discussion about Poser's dynamic hair in Octane but apparently the hair dynamics will now be a part of the bullet physics system. Does that make a difference for the plugin?

Softbody physics does currently not work with Octane and the plugin. I had not checked that yet, so I'll send an email to him. Not sure if and when it can be done

Rigid physics are no problem

Subdivision - there are some welding problems. Paul is aware of them and will look into it.

Hair with bullet physics renders the same as normal dynamic hair

What if you run a soft body simulation and render the result (static image)?

It is probable that this is not working because the deformed vertex positions are not being exposed by PoserPython. I will look into this.
