Well im having a problem with render speed, the upper image show that.
Sometime the render speed point at 0.0xx samp/s for hours.
I'm using a gtx 690 and have 12gb RAM system.
I'm wondering that what going on? And is it a hardware problem?
May i get some help?

.. is there a chance the GPUs are in SLI mode? - I noticed that on my 590, it wants to default it in SLI mode.. but it didn't affect the render speeds much then.. still check that out..
- which kernel are you using, are both GPUs activated? - and it depends on the scene, interiors with complicated lights are notoriously slow (but I guess not that slow).. test out with a simpler set up maybe

Yes both of gtx690 GPUs is in active with 1 low priority box checked .I'm using PMC for this scene. The point is that with this scene i can get about 2-3M samp/s (i think this is a reasonable speed ) several time although nothing changed in it, but it's just not happend usually. That's why im very confusing now. what's is going on here

?

I think something wrong with your gpu setting in your computer
because if normal, the memory for 690 is about 1.8GB but you just 0.6GB
maybe you use other programs that used GPU power?

No...there's just octane was using my GPUs. I started with octane a year ago and haven't seen this problem.
I don't understand much about the memory number. How can i set it right

?

Wow it works, Karba!!!! Problem was solved by disabling multi-GPU mode.
Thank you everyone

Hey Karba, I have a new issue with maybe the same type.
After i disabled my Multi GPU mode, i reach 3-4M samp/s at 800x950 pixels res, it's cool.
Yesterday i tried to render at 3000x3500 pixels res with same scene, nothing changed, and the octane viewport appeared " WARNING! RENDER FAIL! " message although rendering is still processing with ~1.8M Samp/s .
And after that when i back to 800x950 pixels res the " WARNING! RENDER FAIL! " message still exist and my speed drop from 3-4M samp/s to ~1.9M samp/s, mem drop from ~0.8/1.6GB to ~0.8/0.8GB
Any idea ?

Look at your memory statistic. You don't have enough memory to render big resolution.
