Hi Juanjo,
I am working with an instancing scene and noticed that I am unable to hide the original object and still render the instances.
I have a picture at home and can post it after work. Posting here to see if it's something on my end or further insight.

Yes, currently you can't hide the original object. Plugin needs to add the object to Octane scene to allow the instancing, but Octane doesn't have a function to hide objects. If you hide the object, plugin doesn't add it to the scene and istancing is not possible.

You are going to need to move the original object out of your viewport or make it really small if you want to hide it.
