Please tell me why the computer (i3770, gtx titan) is very slowly works when rendering?
After all, the processor is not loaded, but doing anything else on your computer while rendering is not possible.
So it should be?

it's because you use a single graphics card - octane takes all resources from the graphics card it can get (uses no cpu), but also the system would need gpu power to stay responsive; if all gpu power is required by an application, there is nothing much left to redraw the system/other programs user interfaces, so it looks (or in fact
is) slow.
as soon as it is possible to switch the plugin to the newest octane version, there will be an option to limit the amount of resources octane takes from the gpu, so this will make the situation probably better.
in the meanwhile: since you use a i3770 with hd 4000 internal graphics, you may want to try to use the intel graphics for display. the newer intel graphics has already pretty decent opengl power, so it is in general fine to use with daz studio for even bigger scenes - this will get you a much more responsive system (usually just like normal) during rendering...

Where is this option? The Viewport and Daz Studio keep alternating "Not Responding"

Now with support/control for single graphics cards.. You can choose from 3 GPU config settings
