Something to improve is the distribution of light. It´s overall too homogeneous. You will improve the richness of the scene by setting one light being more predominant. What I would do is the following:
1. Set the windows as emitters in a cool light.
2. Set an HDRI environment as a fill light.
3. Balance the power of both (regardless of overall luminosity of the scene) until you get strong outside indirect light lightning the scene from the windows, and the rest being filled with the HDRI in a more subtle way. You´re looking now only for an intensity difference between the two lights, one being predominant over the other.
4. Adjust the exposure to get a correct overall luminosity.
That´s the general way I work my interiors. Make some tests.

In the environment tab, set it to "texture environment", then change the texture field from "float texture" (by default) to "image". A load file dialog will open, choose then your hdri image and you´re done.
