This is a new one.
I am using the same rig that I have had 4 GTX580s in that were running Octane but now there is a problem.
I upgraded to GTX690s and Octane works fine with 2 GTX690s. When I add the 3rd GTX690 and open Octane it opens as a black window. I hope I can get this worked out as I have a 4th GTX690 card coming.

Octane appears to be working since I can move the mouse over the black window and it looks like it is interacting with Octane as I get the hand icon but I can see no information on the black window. Anyone heard of this?

What I have done so far

1 Tried a "clean install" of the GTX690 drivers

2 Tried installing the cards in different slots

3 Tried version 1.10 and 1.13

Apparently there is a problem using more then four Nvidia GPU's. 3xGTX690 = 6 GPU's.
We have a machine with 4xGTX690 and our solution was to use an ATI graphic card dedicated for the display and using the latest Nvidia drivers.
I read somewhere in the forum that using the software GL mode is a solution too.

sampakinpa You are a life saver! I thought it was a driver issue and was going through Nvidia driver builds one by one to see if I could get it to work. Fortunately my mobo has a built in Intel HD Graphics 4000 graphics card with an HDMI out so I was able to plug the monitor into it and Voila, Octane is visible now. I am able to render with 8 GPUs (3 GTX690 and 1 GTX590) so we are pulling a 27 in the Octane Benchmark. The last GTX690 is on its way and we will finally have this monster rig up and rendering. Now I just need to learn how to master Octane.
