Hi, Guys.

long time any input from me here, just coments coments coments =DDD..so let's try to change this: here's simple scene I was just playing with yesterday ''burning midnight oil'..

Image

/model courtesy http://www.fritzhansen.com/en/fritz-han ... ory=Lounge - though I don't understand why they haven't included any textures..
anyway, I've took the models for the proportions /don't like it's messy mesh typology/, it will work as good 3d reference mesh as I'm lookin' to model some stuff like this:

https://twitter.com/tomglimps/status/32 ... 18/photo/1
https://twitter.com/tomglimps/status/32 ... 52/photo/1
https://twitter.com/tomglimps/status/32 ... 96/photo/1

I thought I would share the scene, if anyOne is interested =) so, here's 3dsMax 2012 file
/no optimisations, no tweeked settings /pretty much defaul PT/, with 5min setup..
more or less just untouched model with basic mats to test simple lighting idea =)

feel free to use provided scene as You want & please share some output if You find it usefull.

Cheers
Glimps

yeah, It's very dark & low contrast, have to agree with that =) though it was intensional, tryin' to play with sort of Low Key lighting & subtle expresion. but yeah, maybe a bit too dark =)

searched I've in my HDD & I found the same model /same file name but with textures included/ =) so I'll probably update the scene, & include HDR lighting instead to cut rendering times (in some cases, at least from my experiance, HDR route could be quicker).

cheers
