Collaborative Cloud Applications

With all the power of the clouds our artist's live will change. No need to think if we should get a Titan or a used 590 on ebay.
To work collaborative on the web is an interesting subject in the field of 3D that is strengthend by the use of browser based 3D applications like Lagoa.
I think Otoy should work on embedding transformation tools that simply let the user grap and pull handles (in addition to nodes). With this framework the Otoy's cloud system can be nice experience for collaborative work.
The Lagoa Project looks interesting, but it is not a competitor for Otoy. Different aims and interest but still some useful ideas that are worth a look.
The question is how much the cloud influences the workflow of an studio or independent artist. I think it is more then a tool to speed up renders.
This year will be very interesting.

good ideas =)

P.S. after reading the title of Your thread got that "would be cool" moment:

imagine sort of "Cloud Application" where You can join the group & dedicate Your unused graphics power & for the work Your GPUs are doing get sort of "Priority points" for using resources given by others /more You give, more You get/ =) - yeah it's a whild dream /probably headache to code/ but it would be nice!
