Can we MIX GTX with Quadro in the same system?

Does anyone know if we can use a Quadro card (Like the k5000) for display performance, then GTX Titans for CUDA processing?
I have read that there is a conflict in the 2 types of display drivers. (Professional vs Gaming) I do not know if that was a theory or reality.
