What controls glossiness levels?

Hi,
not really sure if that is the right place for questions regarding material setup...if not please tell me which is the right place because there will be other questions in future.

So, I am trying to create office dividers and they need to be both transparent and really glossy. I want only blurred silhouettes behind them. What type of material should I use and what will control the glossiness behind the dividers?

I tried playing with the opacity of the material but that led to less visible silhouettes, not to blurry ones.

Thank you.

Hi,

I'm sorry but octane 2.2 does not support glossy refractive materials yet.
Some people have posted some images using bump maps, but these are extremely innefficient tricks,
that won't give good results for production images.

Best to wait a bit until glossy glass is available, it's on our top-priority list.
