as usual great renders!
I think that the first one is better balanced (as composition), the second has got too much empty walls on the top part of the render (maybe adding a big frame to the far wall?).

between the two shots there is only a different camera response or did you adjusted some light temperature?.

I did adjust the curves to slightly change the color temperature.

You need to adjust it so your horizon lines are straight. It is very distracting with the slant it has right now, especially noticeable on the second image. The render itself is really nice.
