Unable to use Demo. Invalid OctaneLive Account/ password

Hello
I am incredibly frustrated trying to activate the demo.
I have downloaded the Octane Demo.
I have installed the CUDA drivers
I have copied the demo program to my applications folder.
I have registered an account and logged into your website.
I am able to login to the website and view my account.
I cannot get the Octane application to work because of an
Invalid OctaneLive Account/ password combination.
The website says I do not have an OctanceLive account.
I am using OS X 10.7.5
I have wasted hours trying to get this to work.

Thank you.
The new download worked and there was no activation dialogue box.
I also downloaded the Demo suite Demo scenes.
When I open the files there are no objects. I can see the nodes. below the main screen, which is entirely light grey, the following scene information is displayed.
0Textures. 0 Tris, 0 Meshes, GEforce GT330. 511/511MB
When I try to load or reload the object, for example the teapot.obj the text turns red and has (failed) after GeForce 330M
Sorry for being such pain.

@markus : the gt 330 is a pre-fermi card built upon a g92b chip from nvidia; means only supporting compute model 1.2...

I am able to render when I create anew scene and add objects and materials.
