HDRI Environment BUG?

I realized this when I illuminate my scene with a HDR environment.
When I begin to render my animation with animated objects octane forgets HDR importance sample and sometimes HDR's gamma and rotation.
I try this with octane's viewport and there is no problem when viewport's first time. But if try to go next frame; same problem.
This happens only with animated objects or autoupdatemoveable proxy option checked.
Do I do something wrong ? or this is a bug?

Well, I don't have the issue in this scene.
By the way. Why do you place portal around whole scene. This is not very smart. Portals usually are used if you have only small windows/holes to environment. In your case you don't have any benefits and it slows down render speed more then 2 times.
